Ingredients
- 1 cup flour (wholemeal or white)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and rolled oats.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable oil and water.
- Gradually pour the oil and water mixture into the flour and oats, stirring with a knife until a moist but not too sticky dough forms.
- Press the dough into a pie tin using the heel of your hand and your fingers, evenly covering the bottom and sides.
- Chill the pie crust in the refrigerator.
