Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 7 Tbsp protein powder or ½ cup oats
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3-4 Tbsp oil

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease an 8×8-inch square baking pan.
- In a blender or food processor, combine black beans, cocoa powder, protein powder or oats, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Remove the blended mixture from the blender or food processor and fold in the raisins.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 16 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.
