I grew up in a bed & breakfast and these were the smoothies we served to guests. Alas, my siblings and I were served the ‘healthy’ version containing brazil nuts and flaxseed oil, so this tasty variety was not a staple of my childhood but a rare treat.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana (peel it, chop into 6 pieces and freeze)
- 1/2 cup frozen berries.
- 1 cup juice
Method
- Blend all ingredients and serve.
